Join us for a 2nd Showing of "A Man Who Loved a Mountain" on Thursday, February 6th!

Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation (MBSEF) and Mt. Bachelor Ski Area are proud to present a heartfelt film about the life and vision of Mt. Bachelor's founder, Bill Healy, in honor of what would have been his 100th birthday year. The film, which was locally produced and directed by Martin Sundberg, includes the reflections of friends, family and community members and captures Healy’s remarkable character, pioneering vision, and enduring legacy.

Doors will open at 6pm, and the film will start at 7pm. The film's run time is just under an hour. The January premiere at the Tower Theatre sold out - we recommend purchasing your tickets for this second showing as soon as possible.

A third showing of "A Man Who Loved A Mountain" will take place on Thursday, February 20th at the Volcanic Theatre Pub. You may purchase tickets for that showing here: www.volcanictheatre.com

Proceeds from all showings will support MBSEF’s mission to inspire young athletes, foster a love of winter sports, and create opportunities for the next generation of snow sport enthusiasts. Together, we can carry forward Bill’s vision of a vibrant and thriving snow sports community.

Special thanks to the following supporters who made the production of this film possible: Mt. Bachelor Ski Area, Brooks Resources Corporation, Cameron Healy & Suzy Snow, and Sean & Hilary O'Hollaren.
